One of the main activities of SMEU Astana LLP is the production, installation, and maintenance of road signs in accordance with the State Standard of the Republic of Kazakhstan: ST RK 1125-2021, “Technical means of traffic management. Road signs. General technical requirements”.

Road sign bases are made of galvanized steel with a thickness of at least 1 mm and are painted gray with polymer paint. The sign base is flanged to ensure resistance to wind loads.

The road sign face is produced by applying an image onto retroreflective self-adhesive film using digital printing.

 Printing is performed using the following technologies:

•  Utilizing eco-solvent inks;
• Utilizing UV-LED inks.

After printing, the film undergoes a mandatory lamination process.

The Company holds a CT-KZ certificate of origin for the serial production of road signs.
